In a glance...
This site is a multifunctional tool for managers and employees that promotes effective communication and organization. It facilitates the management of work-related information, such as:
- online schedules and availabilities
- Ensure that your employees are where they need to be, when they need to be there. This prevents headaches for management and, ultimately, saves money on payroll and other expenses. Time, after all, is money.
- general announcements
- This option allows certain (or all) people to post messages to a board that is seen by all employees when they log in. This can be for such things as reminders of upcoming events, requests for information (such as updated availabilities), general notices, and many other things.
- individual communication tools
- These give employees and managers another method for communicating with each other. For ease-of-use, they are designed to be very similar to email, but do not needlessly sacrifice privacy.
- schedule management tools
- Facilitates employee-initiated shift trades, availability changes, time off requests, etc, largely taking the burden off of management.
